Hi mate. I'll just tell you a bit about myself... My name is Bev. I graduated college with a B.A. in Fine Arts and a specialization in Graphic Design in 1999. While in college I worked as the graphics editor for the university newspaper and yearbook.

Upon graduation, I took a job as a layout artist for one of Sydney's biggest ad circulars. I worked there for 3 years, but to be honest, I did not enjoy it. In my opinion true graphic design is the synthesis of marketing and artistic expression. That means that each product must demonstrate thought by visually communicating the message intended to reach a specific audience. While mass producing ads for a weekly circular provides ample opportunity for employing and perfecting design techiniques (I can use Photoshop and Illustrator with my eyes closed!), it offers very little room to cultivate the soul of graphic design - the creativity, thought, and communication.

With the confidence and skill I gained from my 3 years of experiece, I moved on to a more challenging step in my career - as the graphic marketing manager of a fashion line. This challenged me to reach audiences through graphic communication at a whole new level. This is also where I gained experience in web design - by orginating and maintaining the design for the line's website.

But marketing the same product day in and day out for 4 years is enough to burn anyone out. I resigned from my position and opened a freelancing design company. I love the work. I enjoy working with clients to bring across the message of their individual company's success. I feel great satisfaction in applying my strength in graphic communication, and I get a thrill from working with all different types of client businesses.

Basically, ABC is the fulfillment of my professional dream because it allows me to help you fulfill yours!
